1. Arrival Time: Vendor setup time opens at 5:30pm, public access starts at 7pm.
2. Vendor Space Setup: Set up your designated vendor space as assigned.
3. Unloading: You may drive your vehicle up to your vendor space for unloading purposes.
4. Vehicle Removal: ALL vehicles must be removed from the vendor area 15 minutes prior to the event starting time.
5. No Dogs: Dogs are not allowed at your vendor space during the event.
6. No Alcoholic Beverages: Please refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages before or during your time at the vendor space.
7. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your participation in the event, please notify us 24 hours prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your space fee.
8. Music: Playing music is allowed, but please be considerate of your neighbors and keep the volume at a reasonable level.
9. Cleanliness: Your vendor space must be kept clean and free from any items or trash at the end of the event.
10. Breakdown Time: You will have 1 hour after the event to break down your vendor space. If you require additional time, please inform us before the event starts.
11. Staffing Requirements: You are required to staff your vendor space from 7pm to 10:30pm without early departures, unless prior arrangements have been made.
12. Compliance: Failure to comply with these Rules and Regulations may result in removal from the fairgrounds and denial of future vendor space opportunities.
