For the chicken and pork dishes, try pouring a jar of the salsa verde over your chicken or pork while it’s cooking. By melding the salsa and the natural flavors from the chicken or pork, creates a rich, deep roasted flavorful dish, while leaving your tastebuds wanting more.

Our salsas are roasted, made with quality produce, locally sourced and are not prepared with oil. We do not add sugar to our products which allow the true taste of the produce to be experienced.

While we aim for consistency in our products, there are times that the chiles harvested can be slightly warmer in heat or less spicy, the freshness still prevails, and you will not be disappointed. We do not add chemical preservatives, our products contain all natural ingredients that are thoughtfully and locally procured.
